I was married to my ex wife for 6 years we were going through a divorce, at which time I was paying child support. I was ordered back to court because my ex suddenly realized that I might not be the father of our 4 year old daughter. I took a paternity test at her lawyers office. Which I now realize was a huge mistake. I signed some paper work and left. I get paper work at the courthouse the day of our final divorce proceedings stating I am not the biological father of my daughter. We go before the judge and she says that since I am not the biological father of my daughter, and the biological mother does not want me to be a part of my daughters life I have no rights to her any longer. I couldn't afford to hire an attorney because my ex wife had me fired from my job because she lied to my boss. Knowing I could not afford an attorney, and her father and mother have money to pay for her legal fees, and the lawyer, and judge were friends In Denton County family court I was railroaded out of my daughters life. My daughter was 4 years old I am now remarried and financially able to fight for my daughter. However, I need to know what rights I have in the state of Texas? I live in Tarrant County Texas....
